The World Health Organisation, with the support of governments, public-private agencies, profit-seeking multinational corporations, academic institutions, charities and foundations, has been allowed to become a medium for the international marketisation of medical tech and vaccines, and, if we are not careful, the use of these may become mandatory should its Director declare some newly minted virus is causing a pandemic.
Established in April 1948, the role of the WHO has morphed, particularly over recent years, from an advisory to a managerial one, reflecting the increasing involvement of powerful agents and wealthy commercial interests. This is shown clearly in last year's WHO's list of Contributors.
https://open.who.int/2022-23/contributors/contributor
The following gives an outline of the most influential Contributors in this list whose work continues into 2024.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) and Gavi have serious financial interests in vaccinations – their development, sale to governments, especially of low and middle income countries and in the education and training of young people in order to perpetuate the manufacture and distribution of these vaccines. Bill Gates has boasted that his vaccines involvement is 'the best investment I've ever made' having made $200 billion from $10 billion.
The BMGF raises big money with its portfolio of $42 billion in stocks and shares in FedEx, Walmart, Coca-Cola, FEMSA, Ecolab, Deere, Caterpillar, Waste Management, Canadian National Railway, Berkshire Hathaway and, of course, Microsoft. https://www.gatesfoundation.org/
Let money be made but not by hiding risks to the health of people using the products or affecting countries' economic development.
CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) was co-founded by Sir Jeremy Farrar 'as a mechanism for promoting and funding epidemic vaccines.'
Together with the BMGF and Aspen, CEPI aims 'to reduce the time for regulatory review of new vaccine candidates' to be ready for Disease X to ensure access and development of vaccines and other biological countermeasures 'favourable for LMICs … with the ultimate objective to develop a broadly protective Betacoronavirus vaccine.'
'Leveraging more priority pathogens to further develop and characterise platforms to enable rapid development of vaccines or monoclonal antibodies and using such innovative technologies to develop vaccines against viable targets of value to LMICs with a path to licensure and WHO prequalification.'
'Processes guiding investments and decision-making will also need to be adapted to the needs of the next business cycle.'
2022-2026 funding needs appx. US$3.5 to 4 billion.
https://cepi.net/cepi-20-and-100-days-mission
Gavi The Vaccine Alliance
'Gavi will make the case for donors to invest in a new era of vaccination.' Funding will be sought 'to protect communities by strengthening primary health care, shield them from the growing effects of climate change and play a foundational role in global health security.' Gavi plans 'to introduce and scale up the
widest portfolio of vaccines in its history...'
https://www.gavi.org/types-support/sustainability/gavi-mics-approach
The approach used is to push the fearful idea of an emergency which then requires powerful people to get busy saving everyone by pushing their products. This actually happened when the Emergency Use Authorisation for the Covid mRNA jabs rollout was proclaimed in America. In Britain, guilt-tripping, gas-lighting and propaganda were used by authorities to increase fear and panic and promote compliance to masking, lockdowns, vaccines and enforced and self-imposed isolation. 'Disobedient' people were arrested in many countries.
This policy of arousing a sense of urgency, even where none exists, continues to be used by those working to promote the manufacture and marketing of mRNA jabs, new medicines, health tech and diagnostic procedures. In the near future, this urgency will be propagated in particular at primary healthcare levels in what used to be called poor regions of the world, now termed L&MICs (Low & Middle Income Countries), where people may know less about the science, economics and politics behind the medicines and injections they are given. Thus, the message revealed in the WHO 2024 documents published a few days ago and linked below is that urgent preparations must be made before we are hit by the next pandemic.
Since the rollout of the mRNA jabs, a huge quantity of evidence-based research has been done of its effects on people's health. One would hope that some of the findings would have been used in the WHO's programme for 2024. However, this is not the case.
https://www.who.int/about/funding/contributors
Of great concern is that without a single reference to the proven side-effects, serious injuries and deaths caused by them, the development and marketing plans for mRNA jabs in Nigeria, Kenya and Bangladesh, for example, are stated as plans set in stone: https://www.who.int/health-topics/vaccines-and-immunization#tab=tab_1
Preparations were laid last year and will be developed further this year.

Focussing again on those LICs in Africa and Asia and infectious diseases, the Wellcome Trust wants to 'drive a paradigm shift from reacting...to a predictive and preventative approach' to 'create a new generation of affordable products & tools, and facilitate their implementation and hence their impact.'
https://wellcome.org/what-we-do/infectious-disease
Of great concern too is that the Wellcome Trust has funded scientists (for example, Ralph Baric, currently giving mendacious evidence to a Congressional Enquiry) who do their best to cover up the fact that the covid virus was created in and escaped from a lab; instead, pushing the idea backed by spurious data, that the virus and the responses demanded that killed millions, crashed economies and caused immeasurable harms to young and old, jumped all of a sudden from insectivorous bats to homo sapiens. https://alexwasburne.substack.com/p/science-spills-over-into-congress
Indeed, this focus on zoonotic or 'spill over' potential is invaluable, not only for unethical scientists seeking funding but also for investors and businesses seeking to profit from an endless stream of viruses against which to organise diagnostic tests and manufacture and sell vaccines, medication and health technology. The Global Virome Project has accumulated a vast collection of data about viruses from the wild (for scientists to manipulate at will?) https://www.globalviromeproject.org/our-goals
Its director Dennis Carroll https://www.urc-chs.com/news/urc-names-chief-scientist-dennis-carroll/ using USAID money, is founder, director, financial beneficiary of the GVP as well as top funder of the Wuhan Institute of Virology. To some, he 'illustrate(s) the venal, specious and fraudulent foundations of the central assumption behind the PPR (Pandemic Preparedness & Response) agenda...an immensely profitable new industry...' Apart from the GVP, Bill Gates, Big Pharma and the mass media, Robert Kennedy Jr. in his book The Wuhan Cover-Up also condemns 'the medical/military-industrial complex' and 'an intrusive and repressive surveillance infrastructure, enabling the systematic dismantling of constitutional rights and imposition of repressive social controls'...which enable the creation of 'a pipeline of pandemic-ready superbugs for an endless parade of pandemic emergencies with each corporate partner ready to roll out instantaneous mRNA vaccines.'
The GVP does not appear on the WHO's 2023 list. However, it is featured in the World Bank's Analysis of Pandemic Preparedness and Response (PPR) architecture, financing needs, gaps and mechanisms Prepared for the G20 Joint Finance & Health Task Force.
In Annex A p.29 Table 7, the GVP appears as THE organisation to be funded to carry out the task of surveilling for 'zoonotic viral threats' estimating that it needs US$ 0.2 billion over 10 years for this task.
If there is any danger from zoonotic viral threats, it is very rare. The main danger would be from viruses created by scientists. Are taxpayers ready to fund those who, having invented a problem need funds for the envisioned 'mitigating measures'? Still worse, is when these measures cause harm or are just wasted (reminding one of efforts to save the planet by decarbonising our economies.)
The Wellcome Trust is the world's third largest foundation after Novo Nordisk and the BMGF. https://cms.wellcome.org/sites/default/files/2024-01/Wellcome-Trust-Annual-Report-and-Financial-Statements-2023.pdf
Apart from funding scientists and commercial medical interests, it liaises between the British government and pharma lobbyists, controls international public health regulators like the WHO, SAGE, Gavi and CEPI and has financial involvement in UK charities, pensions and some government departments and a UK and US property portfolio of nearly ÂŁ1.6 billion (p.182). It is a strategic partner of the World Economic Forum and banks with HSBC and JP Morgan and makes grants to 21 academic institutions (p.145) and UK organisations (p.173)
'During the year, Wellcome incurred ÂŁ0.4 million in expenditure relating to a partnership between Wellcome, the UK Medical Research Council, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and the UK Department of Health to fund global health trials in low- and middle-income countries. Subject to review and approval of appropriate costed extensions, Wellcome may contribute up to a further ÂŁ2.5 million over the next four years....
Subject to review and approval of appropriate costed extensions Wellcome may contribute up to ÂŁ2.0 million over the next three years....'
Wellcome works in 'partnership with the British Heart Foundation, Cancer Research UK, Scottish Ministers acting through their Chief Scientist Office of the Scottish Government Health and Social Care Directorates, Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council, Medical Research Council, Natural Environment Research Council, Department of Health and Social Care acting through its National Institute for Health Research, Health and Social Care Research and Development Division, Welsh Government, Public Health Agency and The Health Foundation to fund research into population-level strategies that will prevent non-communicable diseases and reduce inequalities in health. Wellcome may contribute up to ÂŁ0.9 million over the next three years.'
The Wellcome Trust also owns Genome Research Limited
https://www.sanger.ac.uk/about/genome-research-limited/
GRL is chaired by Sir Jeremy Farrar who is also Chief Scientist at the WHO since 2023 having left his positions as CEO of the Wellcome Trust and member of its Investment Committee earlier that year. Sir Jeremy Farrar has indeed dedicated his working life to the promotion and funding of epidemic vaccines as his worldwide networking and connections reveal.
The Bloomberg Family Foundation was another contributor to the WHO last year. This Foundation has also given funds to the John Hopkins Centre for Health Security, previously known as the Gates and NIH funded JH Centre for Civilian Biodefense Strategies. Links between bioweapons and pandemics have been discussed by Robert Kennedy in his book The Wuhan Cover-up (pp.94-98.) Sanofi-Aventis was a contributor whose R&D is 'for delivering medicines and vaccines for millions of people around the world.'
https://www.sanofi.com/en/magazine/our-science/mrna-technology-platform
In collaboration with the WHO Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative, the Global Health Equity Fund was established.
https://who.foundation/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/GHEF-Press-Release.pdf 'The GHEF is a $200 million unique financial-first impact venture capital investment fund, focusing on breakthrough technology solutions that can impact healthcare globally. It will fuel innovation and increase investment in the health sector, with the shared goals of delivering competitive returns to investors and ensuring equitable access to medical care.'
World Organisation for Animal Health https://www.woah.org/en/home/
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ndfi9QbdXVY&t=100s
The 'One Health Approach' slogan makes a significant appearance with the WOAH in regard to animals (wild and domestic) re-inforced by the relentless (and spurious) claims of the 'spill over' of viruses to humans. In the WHO's 2024 agenda, it reappears, with an emphasis on antimicrobial resistance or AMR, an issue stimulating much research.

The Rockefeller Foundation claims that 'Climate change is affecting human pathogenic diseases' https://www.rockefellerfoundation.org/our-work/health/ and another agency in the 2023 WHO list, the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND) https://www.finddx.org/
based in Geneva, Cape Town, Nairobi and Hanoi, focusses on diagnostic testing and pandemic threats https://www.finddx.org/what-we-do/programmes/pandemic-threats/ and on genomic sequencing capacity https://www.finddx.org/covid-19/covid-19-genomic-surveillance/covid-19-next-generation-sequencing-global-capacity-mapping/
FIND's partners include government donors, philanthropic organizations, commercial companies, academic and research institutions, international public health organizations, NGOs, health ministries and disease control programmes.
Donors include BMGF, CDC, CEPI, EU, Gavi, The Rockefeller Foundation, UKAID, USAID, Wellcome Trust and the WHO. FIND is also included as a possible beneficiary of a World Bank fund for 'providing catalytic investments in areas of PPR that are underserved.' p.25 of the document cited above prepared by the WHO and World Bank in March 2022.
UK Health Security Agency is in the WHO's 2023 list

The CDC Foundation as a US Government-established yet independent organisation that also was a WHO Contributor last year. https://www.cdcfoundation.org/
The Foundation was set up to enable America's Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to work with the private sector, to strengthen laboratories, surveillance systems, workforce and emergency management capabilities. It 'has prioritized expanding equitable access to vaccines, which will help strengthen global health security.'
'Nowhere is this work more important than in the development of vaccines.' https://www.cdcfoundation.org/globalhealthsecurity
The Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) 2024 Framework has an online video where the claim is made that 75% of all emerging infectious diseases are caused by humans coming into contact with wildlife, including covid. https://globalhealthsecurityagenda.org/
In 2018, the GHSA, invited other countries to join the Global Partnership. 'The Global Partnership has identified strengthening biological security as a key priority for collective programming efforts, and pursues activities that aim to: secure and account
for materials that represent biological proliferation risks; develop and maintain appropriate and effective measures to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the deliberate misuse of biological
agents; strengthen national and global networks to rapidly identify, confirm and respond to biological attacks; reinforce and strengthen biological non-proliferation principles, practices and instruments; and reduce proliferation risks through the advancement and promotion of safe and responsible conduct in the biological sciences.' (p.35) https://globalhealthsecurityagenda.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/ghsa2024-framework.pdf
The pre-pandemic date as well as the references to 'stakeholders' arouses suspicions of pre-planning, Klaus Schwab's desire to establish 'stakeholder capitalism' and a preoccupation with biosecurity rather than public health.

We await the outcome of ongoing deliberations to see whether public health policies which are democratic and based on true science prevail, or whether the WHO will promote policies informed by corrupt science, the greed of multinationals and the authoritarian tendency of some very wealthy people planning their unelected and all-powerful World Government.
